Brief introduction - the Royal Navy usually uses the Band of the Royal Marines for big occasions, however a lot of the larger RN establishments have their own bands; usually made up of enthusiastic musicians who are often overseen by a Royal Marine Director of Music. Two establishments which spring to mind are HMS Collingwood and HMS Sultan.

This is a thirteen piece set. The set consists of one Base Drummer, three Side Drums and two Tenor Drums. an example of each is shown in the second picture. The set also includes a Drum Major and six Bugle players. The band members are in Tropical Rig. The set is painted in the traditional Gloss Toy Soldiers style.

This set is a full 31 piece band painted in the Traditional gloss finish. The band is made up of Side and Tenor Drums, brass section and wind section. The Instruments are plated in Nickle which gives the band an outstanding finish. Again the figures are depicted in their Tropical Rig.
